At Viñas e Adegas Galegas, we strive to convey the importance of the characteristics of the subzones of the D.O. Rías Baixas, as well as the result of meticulous vineyard work aimed at offering wines with depth and the ability to inspire emotion. Seeking the utmost expression of the terroir, considering its potential for crafting quality wines.
Professional career
Her professional experience began in 2006 working in the D.O. Cava and D.O. Penedès at Gramona wineries. Later, in 2007, she traveled to Chile to work at Clos Apalta (Casa Lapostolle) as an assistant winemaker, and in 2008 she worked in Chile as a winemaker for Viu Manent, alternating with work in D.O. Valdeorras, where she began her career as Technical Director at Valdesil in 2009. In April 2012, she started her tenure at Viñas e Adegas Galegas (D.O. Rías Baixas). She currently also performs winemaking duties at Adega Cooperativa Terras do Cigarrón (D.O. Monterrei), both companies being part of the Martín Códax group.

He completed his studies in Agricultural Engineering and later earned a degree in Enology at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili.
