Description of their own wines
Our philosophy is to craft authentic wines that reflect a territory and a landscape. For this reason, we practice ecological viticulture every vintage, respecting the environment, the native grape varieties, and employing precise winemaking where our hand is not present beyond overseeing the entire process. This is done to honor the character of our native varieties, the diversity of the soils, and the uniqueness of our region.
Professional career
Agricultural Technical Engineer. Technical director, winemaker, and founder of Agustí Torelló Mata until 2012, when he started his personal project: AT Roca. Technical consultancy for wineries throughout the peninsula. Coordinator of Sommelier courses at CETT (Barcelona), ESHOB (Barcelona), and the Argentine School of Sommeliers.
