Vijariego Blanco
The clusters are large, with a pyramidal and irregular shape, and large elliptical grapes. Their alcohol content is usually low, with balanced acidity, resulting in fresh, delicate wines with aromas of wild plants and dried flowers, balanced acidity, a hint of spritz, and juiciness, ideal for early consumption.
Weaknesses
Sensitive to mites, erinose, and rot when the harvest is humid.
