Verdil

The clusters are large, conical, and pyramidal on the shoulders, with medium-sized berries of uneven sizes within the same cluster, straw-yellow in color, and good acidity, although their alcohol content is usually not very high due to their high yields. Its aromas are reminiscent of lemon and it produces light and fresh wines, with an acidity that provides vibrancy. It is used to produce young and fresh wines as well as sparkling wines. When blended with other varieties of high aromatic power (such as Moscatel, for example), sweet cavas are obtained.
Weaknesses
Sensitive to mites, erinose, and rots when the harvest is wet.
