Medium-sized, compact clusters with upright shoots. The berry is small, uniform, short elliptical, and green-yellow in color. The skin thickness is medium and contains seeds inside. The arinto grape has a late budding and stands out for having a medium sugar content in the must and high acidity. Thanks to arinto, aromatic, balanced, fresh, fruity, and acidic wines are produced. Its high acidity allows the must to withstand fermentation in wood, as well as aging in the bottle.
