WIN Espumoso, a vegan, gluten-free, non-alcoholic sparkling wine, is made entirely from Verdejo wines that undergo an innovative dealcoholisation process to extract the ethanol while preserving intact the aromas and flavours. The result is an alcohol-free drink with marked aromas of green apple and citrus fruits, and a pleasant fizz on the palate from its very fine bubbles. Serve Win Espumoso very cold with all kinds of salads, fish and seafood.

Pale yellow colour with a lemon-yellow rim. Fine, lingering bubbles.
Straightforward nose with herby and aniseed notes of fennel, characteristic of the Verdejo variety, together with pleasant touches of green apple and citrus fruits.
Fresh attack with a pleasant medium-acidic mid-palate in which the aromas of the nose carry through, subtle hints of fennel and thyme and an appealing fizz.

The Valladolid-based winery leads an innovative project, whose research began in 2004, thanks to which it became the first company in the world capable of dealcoholizing a natural wine to an alcohol content of 0%.
Low-alcohol wines and alcohol-free wines are specially developed for people who cannot tolerate alcohol, want to take care of their figure, and wish to enjoy all the benefits of wine - polyphenols, anthocyanins, and antioxidants - while preserving all the aromas and flavors. This is achieved at the Molecular Deconstruction Plant, where, through a system known as the Spinning Cone Column, the risk of sensory component loss is minimized, and aromas and alcohol are extracted, achieving a wine full of sensations without alcohol content.
