Win 5.0 Rosé Frizzante is a low-alcohol rosé made from a combination of grape musts from the verdejo and tempranillo varieties. It achieves its sparkling effervescence naturally through a very low temperature fermentation process, retaining both its own carbon dioxide and certain residual sugars that give the palate slightly sweet and very pleasant notes.
Bodega WIN is a project of Bodegas Familiares Matarromera, a firm founded in 1988 by the oenologist and entrepreneur Carlos Moro in the municipality of Valbuena del Duero, in Valladolid.
