General Information

Hermanos Pérez Pascuas is a well-established winery. Its impeccable consistency is one of its main characteristics. Viña Pedrosa Reserva 2016 is made from selected grapes. The tinta del país variety (tempranillo) – the star of Ribera del Duero – is complemented in this Reserva with a touch of cabernet sauvignon. After a traditional winemaking process, it was aged for approximately 24 months in oak barrels.

With almost four decades of history, the Hermanos Pérez Pascuas winery continues to maintain the family character with which it was founded. The three Pérez Pascuas brothers (Benjamín, Manuel, and Adolfo) were pioneers in advocating for Ribera del Duero as a region for quality wines. Thus, in 1980, they separated from the cooperative in their hometown, Pedrosa de Duero (Burgos), to establish their own winery and supported the creation of the new Denomination of Origin.

Today, Hnos. Pérez Pascuas is one of the most important wineries in Ribera del Duero and an internationally renowned brand, loyal to a philosophy of working exclusively with their own vineyards. Viña Pedrosa Reserva 2016 (D.O. Ribera del Duero) pairs perfectly with hearty game dishes such as stewed venison or roe deer.

The winery

Hermanos Pérez Pascuas
The three brothers Pérez Pascuas (Benjamín, Manuel, and Adolfo) were pioneers in championing Ribera del Duero as a region for producing quality wines. Thus, in 1980, they separated from the cooperative in their hometown, Pedrosa de Duero (Burgos), to establish their own winery and supported the creation of the new Denomination of Origin, participating in the foundation of the Regulatory Council in 1982. Today, Hnos. Pérez Pascuas - popularly known as Viña Pedrosa - is one of the most important wineries in Ribera del Duero and a prestigious international brand, recognized as one of the world's top 100 wineries in 2013 by the influential American magazine ‘Wine&Spirits’.

True to a philosophy that focuses on working exclusively with their own vineyards: one of the oldest vineyards in Ribera del Duero, passed down through generations; and which preserves its family character.
