Titiana de Can Matons Chardonnay is the result of a meticulous selection of chardonnay and pinot noir from the village of Alella. Its long aging in oak barrels refined a sparkling wine that reveals itself as broad, full-bodied, and structured, with delicate notes of pastry and toasted flavors.

Titiana de Can Matons Chardonnay is a sparkling wine with a gastronomic profile made from chardonnay and pinot noir vines grown in Alella. The vineyards, influenced by the proximity of the sea, produce clusters of excellent quality, reflected in a wine defined by its ripe white fruit aromas and its voluminous, broad palate with good structure.
The harvest was carried out manually, through parcel selection, in small boxes. After pressing, the grape fermentation was conducted at a controlled temperature of 17º C in fine-grained French oak barrels, which gave this Titiana de Can Matons Chardonnay its complexity and volume.
The history of this project is closely linked to Tiana, to the Sierra de Marina, to its sauló, to the influence of the sea, to the city of Barcelona, and to the parent house of Mas Parxet. The name Titiana comes from the Latin proper name Titius, documented in the 11th century as Vila Tiziana or Titiana.
