General Information
Titiana Brut Nature Vintage is a Reserva cava that breathes the heritage of the vineyards of the Alella region, influenced by the sandy composition of the terroir where they are cultivated (sauló).
For its production, the winery Titiana (part of the Parxet group) performs the harvest manually and in small-sized boxes. This way, the grapes arrive whole and in optimal conditions for pressing. Once fermentation is complete, the wine rests in the bottle for a minimum of 15 months before being marketed. The result is this Titiana Brut Nature Vintage, a sparkling wine with a fresh, floral, and fruity character, good structure, and complexity that makes it the ideal option to pair with seafood rice dishes, fideuás, or fish.

The winery
The history of this project is closely linked to Tiana, to the Sierra de Marina, to its sauló, to the influence of the sea, to the city of Barcelona, and to the parent house of Mas Parxet. The name Titiana comes from the Latin proper name Titius, documented in the 11th century as Vila Tiziana or Titiana.
