General Information
Sitta Rosado 2023 emerges from the absolute respect for traditional production methods that guide the practices of Attis Bodega y Viñedos. The grapes that originate this limited production rosé come from vineyards arranged in trellises, with traditional pergolas, on sandy-clay granitic entisols. After ripening and manual harvest, the caíño tinto, pedral, and espadeiro fruits that compose it undergo a thorough selection upon entering the winery, to be pressed with their stems. The alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously in stainless steel tanks, and after the malolactic fermentation, also spontaneous, the obtained wine is filtered and bottled for commercialization.

In appearance, Sitta Rosado boasts a bright, intense salmon color.
A rich nose where aromas of small red fruits (strawberry, raspberry) predominate, followed by flowers like orange blossom and acacia, on a mineral background.
On the palate, it stands out for its sweetness and freshness. Its entry in the mouth is round and creamy, where the sensations perceived on the nose return. Prolonged finish thanks to the delicious acidity it presents.
