From the classic Cava grapes (Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada) and a touch of Chardonnay, Signat has created a brut nature in its purest form. Technology and craftsmanship combine to create a quality product that’s never disappointing. Signat Brut Nature has been bottle aged for 12 months. It displays intense aromas of ripe white fruit and subtle hints of patisserie; the ageing is reflected in the palate, with fine, subtle bubbles and a long finish.

Signat Brut Nature is a blend of the three classic Cava varieties – Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Parellada – with a touch of the international Chardonnay. The grapes were harvested mechanically and manually, depending on the characteristics of each vineyard. Inside the winery, fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 16º C and the second fermentation in the bottle. It's been aged for 12 months in the bottle.
