Long considered one of Spain's most prestigious wine regions, Navarra is striving to regain its former glory, with rosés made from the Garnacha variety as its best asset. These wines have a long tradition in the area and are now making a powerful comeback. Señorío de Sarría Rosé 2024 was produced by one of the most historic wineries in this D.O., a wine with aromas of red and wild fruits and a palate that's notable for its freshness and lightness, with a luscious and elegant attack.

Señorío de Sarría Rosé 2024 is made from Garnacha and Graciano grapes from the winery's 100 hectares of vineyards located in the Navarran towns of Puente la Reina, Olite and Corella. The vines are espalier trained and 20 years old on average, and grow in calcareous, marly soils. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15ºC for 20 days.
Bodega de Sarría was founded in 1953 on the estate with the same name, located in Puente La Reina, a smallholding along the Pilgrims' Way to Santiaga de Compostela with a thousand-year-old winemaking tradition, surrounded by lush nature and artistic heritage. It has 100 hectares of its own vineyards planted with different local and international varieties, carefully tended and located on the slopes of the Sierra del Perdón, Olite and Corella. Each variety is grown in the most suitable location, taking into account the geoclimatic conditions of each plot. Bodega de Sarría is currently part of the Bornos Bodegas & Viñedos group.
Señorío de Sarria Rosé 2024 (D.O. Navarra) goes perfectly with fried fresh anchovies or grilled squid.
Bodega de Sarría is one of the most well-known and established wineries in Navarra, founded in 1953 by Pedro Huarte, who envisioned the vineyard with absolutely avant-garde criteria for its time.
Located in Puente La Reina, on an enviable estate: the Señorío de Sarría, a large estate on the Camino de Santiago route, with a millenary winemaking tradition, surrounded by exuberant nature and artistic heritage. The winery's facilities, renovated a decade ago, are complemented by 110 hectares of vineyards with various local and international varieties, carefully tended, stretching across the slopes of the Sierra del Perdón, Olite, and Corella. Each grape variety is cultivated in the most suitable location, considering the geoclimatic conditions of each plot.
