Nuviana Blanco is a single-varietal white wine created from grapes belonging to the French Chardonnay variety grown on vines more than 10 years old on average. Bodegas Nuviana made it under the protected geographical designation Vino de la Tierra de Castilla, in accordance with a philosophy of sustainability and respect for the environment, with careful processing followed by ageing for just a month on the lees.
