Nunca Jamás 2023 dazzles with a changing label and a very singular identity. This red from Laguardia, in Rioja Alavesa, blends Tempranillo and Graciano from vines over 40 years old, with maturation in French oak to gain complexity and fruit. Let its character carry you away and discover all it holds.

Nunca Jamás 2023 is a red wine from Laguardia-Rioja Alavesa designed for those who enjoy wines with character, approachable and full of life. It comes from a blend of Tempranillo with a small touch of Graciano, and aims to express, without beating about the bush, the personality of Tempranillo from Laguardia, with all its fruit complexity. It has that direct edge that invites you to return to it.

The winemaking rests on a 10-month maturation in 225-litre barrels of French oak, with passage through different tonneaux to gain nuances and aromatic depth until the end of fermentation. It hails from vineyards over 40 years old located in the parish of Villalba; vines with history and with a lot to tell.

Nunca Jamás is one of the creations from Bodegas Javier San Pedro Ortega, a family project linked to the fifth generation of viticulturists in the San Pedro family. Javier began very young, at just 17, and today continues to champion authentic, innovative and singular wines, always faithful to his vineyards and to a very personal way of understanding Rioja Alavesa.
