Professional career
Javier San Pedro founded Bodegas Vallobera in 1990, with the aim of producing, bottling, and signing his own wines; striving for the highest quality and starting from a deep respect and care for the vineyard. This family winery began by producing young wines through carbonic maceration, and by 1992 they decided to start aging their wines, with Vallobera Crianza 1992 being the first to be released to the market.
