We begin with a cava from Roger Goulart, one of the wineries in Penedès where traditional craftsmanship meets meticulous viticulture to offer benchmark cavas. Roger Goulart Gran Reserva Extra Brut 2021 is made exclusively with wines from the magnificent 2021 vintage and features a unique blend that includes the three classic cava varieties—xarel•lo, macabeo, and parellada—alongside the French-origin grapes chardonnay and pinot noir. After 42 months of aging, this cava presents a rounded palate, showcasing its clear fruity character along with delicate toasted notes. You’ll only find it here, as it is exclusive to Vinoselección.
Meanwhile, J. Charpentier Tradition Brut is the most representative cuvée of the J. Charpentier house and a champagne that embodies all the secrets of traditional expertise. J. Charpentier is a family-run winery with over five generations of winemaking tradition. Small in size but big in quality, it produces a limited number of bottles exclusively with its own grapes, sourced from sustainably farmed vineyards, like this brut. After two years of aging in the bottle, it reveals an elegant and complex nose, while on the palate, it is creamy, silky, and marked by its fruity character.
