Menade Nosso 2023 "tastes like the old Verdejo," according to the inhabitants of Rueda. An organic white wine crafted in an artisanal and natural way (without additives, both in the field and in the winery), made from Verdejo grapes from the Menade estate, located at more than 750 meters above sea level, near the Duero river. A Verdejo aged in wood with its skins for 4-5 months, transporting you to the Castilian plateau.

Menade Nosso displays a beautiful yellow color with golden hues. Aromas of honeysuckle, baked apple, brioche, chamomile, water pear, wet earth, flint, currant leaf, and citrus touches. When it opens in the glass, aromas of honey and beeswax appear. On the palate, it has a fresh and citrus entry, with chamomile, baked apple, and beeswax once again being appreciated, as well as hints of banana and herbal notes. It is a harmonious wine with a saline finish.
Bodega Menade is the project of the Sanz siblings, the fifth generation of a family of winemakers, who in 2005 embarked on the search for century-old vineyards across different regions of Castilla y León until they found the vines that met their high standards.
A winery located on the terraces of the Duero River, in Rueda (Valladolid), which was a pioneer in the area in obtaining Organic certification and employs artisanal winemaking methods: grape treading, use of native yeasts... Their main asset is very old vineyards distributed across three different areas of Castilla y León. Their wines are sold in 25 countries and boast an impressive collection of international awards.
