To craft this mineral-profiled German wine, the Riesling grapes were gently pressed and macerated for several hours with their aromatic skins. After maceration, the must was fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks and large wooden barrels. Finally, the resulting wine remained on its lees for 3 months in wooden casks. The result is a delicate Mosel white that is fruity and expressive, balanced, and full of freshness.

With great tradition but little experience, Markus Molitor took the reins of a winery that today produces some of the best Rieslings in the German Mosel area. The firm primarily cultivates Pinot Blanc and Riesling vines on its own plots, characterized by rich slate-composed soils and arranged on steep slopes.
