Perfumed sparkling wine from the Doña Margarita vineyard, in Sonoma Coast
Marimar Estate Blanc de Noirs 2019 is the first sparkling wine from the Californian winery of the Torres family. Made using the champenoise method, this single-varietal wine from the noble French grape pinot noir comes from the low-yielding Doña Margarita vineyard, located on the Sonoma coast and named in honor of the clan's matriarch. Very fine bubbles, a refreshing minerality, and notes of flan, brioche, and fruit tart in a fragrant Californian sparkling wine not to be missed.
