Les Crestes 2024 is a red wine made from Garnacha, Cariñena, and Syrah vineyards selected by Celler Mas Doix for their low yields. These vines are located on slate slopes, at an altitude between 350 and 450 meters above sea level, forming the basis of a young red from Priorat that stands out for its freshness and fruity expression.

The philosophy of Celler Mas Doix revolves around preserving, maintaining, and caring for their old Garnacha and Cariñena vines, planted in 1902 on steep licorella (slate) slopes, along with vines planted later. Respect for the environment, its culture, and its people are the fundamental elements with which they craft wines like Les Crestes 2024.
The winery is distinguished by its careful and meticulous winemaking process, from the selection of grapes in the vineyard to the aging of the wine in French oak barrels. Passion and perseverance in an optimal terroir for vine cultivation, and the availability of limited but excellent grapes in the village of Poboleda, in the northwest part of the Priorat, underpin the quality of their wines.
With these foundations, they produce Les Crestes 2024, a young coupage of Garnacha, Cariñena, and Syrah, full of freshness, expressive, and with a pleasant fruity character. These qualities were achieved thanks to a measured winemaking process that concluded with mixed aging: 25% of the wine rested in concrete tanks, the same percentage was aged in large oak vats, and 50% was aged in used French oak barrels.
