Javier Sanz Viticultor Semidulce 2025 is made from vineyards over 15 years old, cultivated by the namesake winery in La Seca (Valladolid). The characteristics of the soils, with pebbles and clayey subsoil, give this 100% verdejo its mineral touch; and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 17 ºC preserved the varietal qualities to the fullest. The result is a silky white wine full of freshness and easy to drink, where sweetness and grape flavors harmoniously blend with a soft and balanced acidity.

Las características de los suelos, con cantos rodados y subsuelo arcilloso, aportaron a este 100% verdejo su toque mineral; y la fermentación a una temperatura controlada de 17 ºC preservó al máximo las cualidades varietales. El resultado es un sedoso blanco pleno de frescura y fácil de beber, donde el dulzor y los sabores a uva se entremezclan armoniosamente con una acidez suave y equilibrada.
Javier Sanz Viticultor Semidulce is a smooth, easy-to-drink, and refreshing wine at the same time. Pale in color, with notes of melon and pineapple. Very pleasant on the palate, with a slight sweetness and grape flavors, combined with a soft and balanced acidity.
Led by Javier Sanz, the fourth generation of a family of winemakers, it boasts 104 hectares of its own vineyards distributed across a mosaic of plots located in the Valladolid municipality of La Seca (D.O. Rueda). A significant portion of these vineyards are pre-phylloxera (over 150 years old), inherited from his great-grandfather.
