The Irresistible Whites Collection brings together three wines that speak volumes about their origin: Orballo 2025, from the D.O. Rías Baixas and made with Albariño; Sanz Clásico 2025, from the D.O. Rueda, with Verdejo and Viura; and Carlos Serres Edición 125 Aniversario 2025, from the D.O.Ca. Rioja, where Viura and Tempranillo Blanco find a very fine balance.
Orballo 2025 originates from the Vilachán estate, very close to the Atlantic, and is raised on lees in stainless steel, concrete and gres. That combination gives it a very personal character, with the sea-salt freshness typical of the coast and a tautness that makes it easy to enjoy. It is one of our customers' favourite whites and each vintage surpasses the previous one.
Sanz Clásico 2025 and Carlos Serres Edición 125 Aniversario 2025 complete the set with distinct but very well-made profiles: the former, clean and direct, with the footprint of the historic vineyard of La Seca; the latter, elegant and modern, with the precision of Haro and Briones.
