Vinos de Madrid perfect to accompany stewed red meats like duck with pear sauce or a burger with foie, as well as cured sheep and cow cheeses.
El Hombre Bala has a delicate and bright pale ruby color with brick-red reflections. On the nose, it is refined, with a subtle perfume of berry fruits such as currants, raspberries, cherries in liqueur, and intense balsamic touches of eucalyptus and a floral hint of chamomile. On the palate, it has a defined and silky texture, the wine travels across the ethereal and delicate palate, but with a marked personality and an explosive finish endowed with great freshness. Persistent final aromas of fruit, spices like clove, and a slight memory of lightly toasted wood.
