Heritage by Paco & Lola displays a straw yellow color with golden highlights, clean and bright. On the nose, it is complex and elegant, intermingling aromas of ripe fruits (reinette apple, plum, lemon peel) with floral notes of acacia and elderflower. In the background, aromatic herbs (laurel, chamomile), subtle touches of sweet spices, and notes of almond appear, over a mineral and saline character with a soft smoky nuance that gives it great depth and elegance. On the palate, it is a broad and intense wine, with volume and freshness combined in perfect balance. The palate is very expressive with some structure, good fruity load, spicy and saline notes, and a long and persistent finish.
Adega e Viñedos Paco & Lola is a winery founded in 2005 by the Sociedad Cooperativa Vitivinícola Arousana. It is the most important cooperative in the D.O. Rías Baixas, consisting of more than 430 members who own 220 hectares of vineyards in the Salnés Valley, the birthplace of the finest albariños; an extraordinary viticultural heritage in a region like Galicia, characterized by smallholdings. The winery's facilities are equipped with the latest technology.
