Situated in a warm climate year-round and under the beneficent influence of the Mediterranean, this vineyard rests on calcareous and poor soils, especially suited to extreme cultivation of the vine. These conditions favour optimum ripening and a great aromatic concentration. Both viticulture and winemaking are undertaken with minimal intervention in order to faithfully express the terroir's full potential. Finca El Serrano Monastrell 2023 ages for 6 months in French oak foudres before bottling.
