General Information

Finca Flichman Roble Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 is made as a single-varietal Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in Barrancas, Maipu (Mendoza, Argentina) and were harvested manually. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks for 9 days at a temperature of 24/30º C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for 3 months in oak barrels, followed by an additional 3 months in the bottle.

This red wine presents aromas of red fruit jelly and spices. On the palate, notes of berry fruits (blackberry, cassis, and raspberry) and spices stand out. It has a long and complex finish, with hints of spices, berry fruits, and vanilla.

Argentina is the most important wine-producing country in South America. Thanks to its long tradition, which began more than 460 years ago, its wines have crossed borders and achieved an excellent position in the international market. A country dotted with beautiful vineyard oases that stretch from north to south, parallel to the Andes mountain range. Mendoza accounts for more than 80% of Argentine wine production. A region located in the west of the country, next to the Andes.

In Mendoza, you will find the Finca Flichman winery, founded in the early 20th century. It is one of the best-known wineries in the region and is currently part of the powerful Sogrape group.

Finca Flichman Roble Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 (Mendoza, Argentina) pairs perfectly with gelatinous dishes such as breaded lamb trotters or oxtail stew.
