Finca Flichman Roble Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 is made as a single-varietal Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in Barrancas, Maipu (Mendoza, Argentina) and were harvested manually. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks for 9 days at a temperature of 24/30º C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged for 3 months in oak barrels, followed by an additional 3 months in the bottle.
This red wine presents aromas of red fruit jelly and spices. On the palate, notes of berry fruits (blackberry, cassis, and raspberry) and spices stand out. It has a long and complex finish, with hints of spices, berry fruits, and vanilla.
