Cava Família Oliveda Brut Jove: Displays a pale yellow colour with a delicate, fine and constant mousse. Intense floral and fruity aromas in the nose, characteristic of its youth. Lively and intense on the palate. Very fresh with a cheerful finish.
Cava Família Oliveda Rosado Brut: A rosé with an attractive pink cherry colour and fine mousse forming multiple beads. Intense fruity aromas in the nose, together with subtle floral notes. Intense and enticing palate with flavours of red fruit and subtle hints of sweets.
Cava Família Oliveda Brut Nature Reserva: Straw-yellow with delicate golden hues in the rim, it’s surprising for its very fine mousse. Refined nose with a slight touch of toast from its carefully ageing in stacks. Harmonious balance between freshness and smoothness on the palate. Refined finish with touches of herbs and nuts.

Settled in the municipality of Capmany, in the Alt Empordà (Girona), Celler Oliveda is a winery founded in 1948 by Josep Oliveda Casanovas and his wife Joana Rigau Ros. Currently, the company dedicated to the production of still wines, cavas, and liqueurs is managed by the third generation of the family saga, represented by Alfons Freixa Oliveda.
In its 51 hectares of vineyards, Celler Oliveda combines the cultivation of native varieties such as garnacha tinta, samsó (cariñena), xarel.lo, macabeo, moscatel, and parellada, with other foreign ones like chardonnay, sauvignon blanc, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, or pinot noir. From these, it produces and markets wines under three different designations of origin: Empordà, Catalunya, and Cava.
