From old vines of semillon and sauvignon blanc, cultivated in Barsac, Sauternes, and Bommes, Olivier Bernard crafted a white wine on lees that combines fruity character, mineral freshness, and balance. Lune d’Argent presents a light yellow color with pale greenish reflections. A complex and intense nose where aromas of exotic white and citrus fruits stand out, combined with floral notes of linden and acacia. On the palate, it is broad, generous, flavorful, and intensely fruity, with good tension. The lemon notes of the sauvignon blanc harmoniously integrate with the exotic sweetness (mango, lychee) of the ripe sémillon. Mineral notes are appreciated, giving it salinity, with a pleasant finish. A wine that concentrates fruit character, mineral freshness, and balance.
