"The best of the best, with the best." This is the maxim that encapsulates the essence of Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle, a champagne conceived by Bernard de Nonancourt, owner of the house, with the aim of recreating the result of a perfect oenological year through the art of blending.
On this journey toward excellence, Laurent Perrier uses wines from three great vintages of the house, made from chardonnay and pinot noir grapes sourced from a selection of 11 of the finest Grands Crus of the A.O.C. Champagne, such as Ambonnay, Bouzy, Mailly, Avize, Cramant, and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger.
After the final blend, Champagne Laurent Perrier Grand Siècle ages on lees for 7 to 8 years and is presented in a majestic black bottle, inspired by those crafted by 17th-century master glassmakers to hold the first champagnes at the court of Louis XIV, the Sun King. A true gem of exclusivity and refinement, exquisite to enjoy on its own, for your most unforgettable toasts, or to pair with haute cuisine creations, especially seafood, shellfish, and fine fish.

The winery
Founded in 1812 and located in the town of Tours-sur-Marne, at the crossroads of the three main subregions of the French Champagne region (Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne, and Côte des Blancs), Laurent Perrier is an old family winery that has always been at the forefront of crafting unique and elegant sparkling wines. This has made it one of the great houses in this production area, ranking among the most coveted in the world. In 1949, under the leadership of Bernard de Nonancourt, Laurent-Perrier’s philosophy became one of prioritizing quality above all else. He was responsible for passing down traditional Champagne-making concepts to new generations.
