Laurent Perrier selects the finest pinot noir grapes from 10 different crus, including the famous Côte de Bouzy, for its production. Once destemmed, the fruits macerate for 48 to 72 hours to extract their characteristic color and all their aromatic richness. After vinification, following the traditional method, Laurent Perrier Cuvée Rosé ages on lees for a minimum of 5 years. Pair it with marinated raw fish, grilled prawns, Asian or Indian cuisine dishes, and red fruit desserts.
