Beronia Rueda Verdejo 2025 is the only wine produced by Beronia Rueda, the venture in this Castilian denomination from the winery belonging to the González Byass group. A unique monovarietal created from a double harvest and complete fermentation in stainless steel and concrete. Elegant, fresh, and lush.
Pairing
Try Beronia Rueda Verdejo 2025 with grilled white fish, seafood such as prawns or clams, and also with creamy cheeses, because its fresh, oleogenous profile with that herbaceous touch enhances these dishes without overpowering them. If you’re looking for a more complete pairing, serve it with a prawn salad or gentle fish-based rice dishes, where its citrus notes and slightly bitter finish harmonise perfectly.

Winemaking
In the production of Beronia Rueda Verdejo 2025, the Verdejo grapes are vinified separately following a double harvest, allowing the winemaker to work with, on one hand, the freshness and herbaceous nuances of the earlier picked grapes, and on the other, the greater concentration of the late harvest, aiming for a broader and more expressive final balance. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel and concrete tanks, a combination that enhances the wine’s clean and precise character without losing volume or tension in the overall profile.
Subsequently, the final blending is carried out.
Description
Beronia Rueda Verdejo 2025 is a single-varietal white wine designed to pair with white fish, smoked foods, creamy cheeses, or even Asian cuisine, thanks to its fresh and balanced profile. It is made entirely from Verdejo, sourced from a double harvest that allows blending earlier grapes, offering freshness and herbaceous notes, with more mature and concentrated grapes that add volume to the overall profile. The result is a wine with great aromatic intensity, with citrus, white fruit, and fennel notes that in the mouth appears oily, fresh, and elegant.
Nose

Mouth
On the palate, it is luscious, fresh, and elegant. The finish is subtly bitter, characteristic of Verdejo.
