It also ideally complements fish and seafood dishes, smoked salads, vegetables, and rice dishes.
Tasting notes
In appearance, Barbadillo Blanco de Albariza displays a beautiful pale yellow color with greenish iridescence, a sign of its youth.
On the nose, it reveals sweet aromas of white fruit such as pear, followed by citrus notes that convey a sense of freshness.
Soft entry on the palate, elegant and flavorful, typical of the Palomino variety.
