Rosés are, probably, the wines that have experienced the greatest boom in recent years. Wines that are trendy and also have a long tradition in areas like Ribera del Duero, where Avaniel Rosado 2022 is born. A single-varietal Tempranillo crafted by Monteabellón, a winery renowned mainly for its exceptional vineyard heritage in Nava de Roa (Burgos).

Avaniel Rosado 2022 is made 100% from Tempranillo grapes. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 760-800 m on sandy-loam soils with pebbles. Additionally, 2022 was a vintage that delivered a high alcohol content and a high tannic concentration. This harvest resulted in wines with an intense color layer and riper fruit notes compared to previous vintages.
Bodegas Monteabellón (2000) is an initiative developed by the García family in Ribera del Duero, which began producing wine from their own vineyards in Nava de Roa, one of the most sought-after areas of the Denomination of Origin. When combined with organic viticulture, minimal intervention in the vineyard, and integration into the Ribera habitat, the results are profound, balanced wines with great complexity and harmony. The productions are extremely limited.
Avaniel Rosado 2022 (D.O. Ribera del Duero) is ideal for pairing with all types of meats and fish. It also pairs well with salads and appetizers.
