Professional career
He started at Bodegas Mauro in 1984 as technical director, carrying out his first production in 1991. For 21 years, he developed his knowledge there and gained extensive experience. Later, starting in 1995, he began his personal career as a technical advisor in different wine regions, collaborating with wineries such as Monteabellón, Bodegas y Viñedos Neo, and Valdrinal.
