Discover Ándica Carmènere 2024, an organic and vegan red wine crafted by Miguel Torres Chile in the Maule Valley, one of the subzones of the Central Valley. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels, this carmenère offers an elegant, velvety, and pleasant experience, with fruity aromas, balsamic and spicy notes.
Sourced from the Maule Valley, one of Chile's largest and most diverse wine regions, characterized by a warm climate with cool nights and heterogeneous soils, Ándica Carmenère 2024 is made entirely from carmenère grapes cultivated through certified organic viticulture, adhering to a philosophy that respects biodiversity and local ecosystems.
Ándica Carmenère is vinified with gentle pressing and alcoholic fermentation over 10 days at 24 °C. This is followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel, and the resulting wine is aged for 8 months in used French oak barrels, which adds complexity while softening the fruity character.
Miguel Torres Chile, founded in 1979 in the Curicó Valley, is a pioneer in organic viticulture and fair trade. With over 400 hectares of its own vineyards, the winery combines tradition and innovation, focusing on sustainability and the recovery of ancestral varieties. Ándica represents its commitment to the environment and quality.
Ándica Carmenère 2024 is a perfect red wine to pair with red meats such as beef and ribs, spiced dishes like fajitas or chili, and intense cheeses such as aged gouda or manchego. It also pairs well with pasta dishes featuring mushroom sauces or ragout.

Miguel Torres Chile was the first foreign winemaking company to establish itself in this country of the Southern Cone. The Torres family, a centenary saga with a presence in the Spanish denominations Penedès, Priorat, Catalunya, Costers del Segre, Conca de Barberà, Ribera del Duero, Rueda, Rías Baixas, and Rioja, made the leap to the New World in 1979 to start a new project in the Curicó Valley, attracted by the great winemaking potential of Chile.
Currently, the company owns more than a thousand hectares of vineyards, distributed across plots with diverse climatic and soil characteristics, enabling the cultivation of different varieties and producing highly expressive wines with intense varietal character. Miguel Torres Chile has fully consolidated its position in the country, and its wines are now present in over a hundred other countries. Since 2010, Miguel Torres Maczassek, a member of the fifth generation of the family, has held the presidency of the company. Among his objectives are increasing exports and maintaining the company’s successful trajectory, marked by innovation and a commitment to organic farming and fair trade.
