Although the renovation the winery has undergone since 2011 with its new owners has channeled its excellent wine, Clos du Moulin is a property where red wine has been produced since the 19th century. Since 1932, the eleven hectares of vineyard on this estate have been recognized as Crus Bourgeois, thanks to its unique soil, where gravel supports a limestone base with marine fossil remains from prehistoric times.
