Uggiano

Uggiano is a winery founded in the early 1970s in the Castle of Montespertoli. In 1976, the winery was expanded and relocated to San Vincenzo a Torri, near the Pesa River valley, the cradle of Tuscan tradition. Today, the three historic partners: Giacomo, Fabio, and Daniele, have taken over from the winemaker Giuseppe Losapio, the historic founder of Uggiano, dedicating all their efforts to the production of high-quality wines. Their vineyards are located at 250-300 meters above sea level, along the slopes connecting Montespertoli with Montelupo Fiorentino and San Casciano Val di Pesa. With these, they produce wines that boast an impressive array of international awards.
