Talai Berri

The Talai-Berri winery is located in Zarautz, within the D.O. Getariako Txakolina. Built in 1992, the winery is situated on the sunniest slopes of Mount Talai Mendi and surrounded by 12 hectares of vineyards. Bixente Eizagirre Aginaga belongs to the fourth generation of the family producing txakoli from the fruits of their vineyards, and his daughters Itziar and Onditz represent the fifth generation. In the production of txakoli, the most advanced techniques are employed in the service of quality, using harvest boxes, a selection table, and controlled fermentations, among others, resulting in a young and fruity wine.
