Quinola

Quinola is a bold and new project. Its owners have revived the tradition of garage wines, signature wines produced in very small quantities, whose formula was often a closely guarded secret, and almost destined to become cult wines. Quinola is crafted in what used to be an old agricultural machinery garage, now converted into a winery. Their first wine, the 2006, has raised great expectations for the winery.
