Father John Winery

Father John Winery is the most personal project of Nicholas Maloney, who in 2010, after working in Burgundy and Champagne, returned to his homeland in northern California to establish a winery dedicated to high-quality wines influenced by the Pacific.

The name of the winery, Father John, pays tribute to the winemaker's grandfather, Reverend John Weaver. A very influential and beloved figure among the locals, he dedicated his life to service, honesty, community, and peace, according to his grandson.

This same philosophy is followed by the winery, guided by the idea that each wine must be true to its origin, seeking the maximum expression of the vineyard with the ultimate goal of giving the wines a distinctive character.
