Before becoming a winemaker in 2004, Enric Soler was the Champion of Spain in Sommellerie in 1997. Soler acquired his grandfather's estate, which had been an airfield for the Republican side, and began to restore it. It is an area of old xarel·lo vines located in the municipality of Torrelavit (la Vinya dels Taus), in the Penedès.
The philosophy of the winery is based on working in the vineyard from the very beginning, taking care of the grape cluster to ensure it offers its best version, full of flavor and expressiveness, with minimal intervention in the winery.
Later on, Enric Soler and his team began cultivating the vineyard according to biodynamic principles and focused on producing white wines that showcase the many facets of xarel·lo, a noble variety with much to offer.
In short, Enric Soler is the owner of one of the most important and interesting small wineries in the Penedès.
