Dominio Dostares

Under the umbrella of Domino de Tares, a pioneer in the D.O. Bierzo, Domino Dostares was born in 2004, also located in the Leonese lands, specifically in Pajares de los Oteros. Domino Dostares was founded with the aim of showcasing the greatness of a nearly forgotten native grape variety for red wine production: prieto picudo. Thus, Domino Dostares has gone down in history as the pioneering winery in launching high-quality prieto picudo wines. The main treasure of this winery lies in its magnificent vineyards, as it boasts the largest area of century-old vineyards still preserved in the Los Oteros region. Cumal is the most awarded prieto picudo wine. Additionally, Domino Dostares produces the brands Tombú and Estay.
