The Pouizin family, a lineage connected to the world of wine for several generations, leads the Domaine du Séminaire winery. A vineyard located in Valréas, cultivated entirely under the principles of organic farming, with biodynamic tendencies and governed by the lunar calendar. In the winemaking facility, they are committed to vinifications in temperature-controlled concrete vats, as per the tradition of the Rhône.
