Six generations of the Gras family of winemakers have been managing Domaine Santa Duc since 1874, one of the most prominent wineries in the southern Rhône. From its two major terroirs, belonging to different appellations, Gigondas and Châteauneuf-du-Pape, their wines are born, showcasing great balance, concentration, and longevity. The biodynamic cultivation of their vineyards of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, and Cinsault, planted on soils of calcareous marl and red stony clay, along with minimally interventionist winemaking, results in creations highly praised by specialized critics.
