Domaine Saint-Etienne

Domaine Saint-Etienne is an estate located in Montfrin (Gard department), in the heart of the Occitanie region in France. Almost a decade ago, Michel Chapoutier —head of the prestigious family winery M. Chapoutier— acquired this property, attracted by the exceptional quality of its organic vineyards.

The vines grow on gravel and pebble soils covered with silt, with deep clay layers that ensure good water retention, essential for withstanding the intense sun and drought typical of the area. Since 2018, Michel Chapoutier has been producing wines from the grapes grown on this estate.
