In an architectural setting dating back to the 17th century stands Domaine Hérault, a winery located in the renowned area of Panzoult, the heart of the Loire Valley. Founded in 1964, the French estate produces rosé and red wines under the A.O.C. Chinon designation.
The philosophy of the winemaking house revolves around cultivating the vineyard in the most environmentally respectful way possible, limiting yields to between 40 and 47 hectoliters per hectare, so that the quality of the fruits is reflected in the wines.
