For several generations, the Chauveau family has dedicated their efforts to viticulture in the Loire Valley. With Benoît's entry into the wine industry in 1990, the estate he manages has been committed to sustainable methods in the vineyard, its greatest asset, using only the essential treatments to prevent vine diseases. Currently, Domaine Benoît Chauveau produces around 90,000 bottles annually from its twelve hectares of vineyard.
