In the last fifty years, half of the 10,000 hectares of the Dehesa de Los Llanos have been transformed into an integrated and exemplary agricultural estate, featuring 1,500 ha of irrigated land and 3,500 ha of dry farming. Here, forage, wheat, oil, aromatic plants, walnuts, honey, and, of course, top-quality cheeses are produced. On this estate, the vineyard covers an area of 50 hectares and is beginning to establish itself as a benchmark in the region.
