Cellers At Roca

Agustí Torelló Sibill founded Cellers AT Roca with the involvement of his sons, Jordi and Agustí Torelló Roca, shortly after parting ways with the family cava business (Agustí Torelló Mata). At Roca produces still wines under the umbrella of D.O. Penedès and D.O. Montsant, as well as sparkling wines classified under D.O. Penedès (and not D.O. Cava, even though they are produced in the heart of the cava region, Penedès).

Wines tied to the terroir, conceived under a philosophy that prioritizes native grape varieties and ecological, low-intervention viticulture. At Roca works with various vineyards, all cultivated with old vines and seeking the highest altitudes in the Penedès region. In 2014, they inaugurated their new facilities in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia.
